How mobile applications can give incentives to people with physical disabilities

Mobility is sort of a dilemma with all those who do not own a vehicle, or even though they have one, for whatever cause they are reluctant to use it. We have so many transport services for such people and online cab-booking apps. When people make a taxi app like uber, grab, get, or Ola, they should recall people who are physically challenged. This helps them grow and stay ahead of their competitors, doing the same never gets you anywhere, while being unique is all that matters. Do you agree?
